Ever heard the expression “Happy wife, happy life”? What about “Happy set, happy crew?” While it may not have the nice rhyme, it’s vital to a smooth production. Listen up producers!!!! This is one where Above the Line should be taking notes. We discuss what are the main ingredients to keep crew happy and willing to go the distance especially when a lot is being asked of us. These things should apply to all industries, not just film. Bring extra footwear because this one gets a little muddy!
